In-house microbiology, physical and chemical laboratories at the plant, with external pesticide residue, heavy metal and aflatoxin analysis at QCAP, Egypt's central laboratory for pesticide and heavy metal analysis in food.
- Total plate count, Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli, mould and yeast, and nine further microbiological parameters
- Density, sieve size, foreign matter, colour and odour
- Moisture, total ash, essential oil content

Cleaned and milled
Cleaning, sizing, grinding, sorting, blending and packing at the Al Fayoum facility, to your cut size and packing requirement.
Tested and shipped
Lot analysis in house and at QCAP, then export by dry container, air freight or LCL through established Egyptian shipping lines.

Sales are wholesale and quotation based. Each order is priced against the crop, form, volume and destination you specify, and ships with the document set your market requires. The exact set is confirmed against your destination when the order is placed.
