Before a sample ships
Sample dispatch is subject to verification of the authenticity of the requesting company. We confirm the business behind each request before any sample leaves the facility.
- The company name and business email domain are checked.
- Where needed, we ask for trade or import references.
- Verified requests are prepared and dispatched with the sample's documentation.
This step protects genuine buyers and keeps organic samples within the trade.
